We had a great day yesterday at the two Counties Business Show at Roadford Lake near Okehampton / Launceston. By popular demand and due to social media pressure, here is the cup cake recipe. Dear reader, it turns out that Lisa and Jo are competitive bakers... who knew?
All measurements in imperial, because it tastes nicer that way.
1lb superfine special baking flour, same again of sugar and special soft Stork margarine. 8 free range, happy chicken eggs. 1 cap ful of vanilla essence. Cream sugar and margarine. Add vanilla. Add beaten eggs a little at a time. Fold in flour. BAKE!
